Life is full of challenges and ups and downs, sometimes you can find yourself in a low or dark place.

There can of course be many reasons for this.

  1. Unfortunate accident (being in the wrong place at the wrong time, you or someone close to you)
  2. The end of a marriage or relationship
  3. Some financial setback or unforeseen financial problems appearing in your life.
  4. Government corporations screwing with your life (Fines,stupid rules,parking tickets,taxes,threats or intimidation,bankrupcy etc.)
  5. Banks Screwing you over to make a profit from your loss.
  6. Lack of self belief
  7. Being surrounded by negative and or self serving people.
  8. Abuse could be present or in the past could be physical physical, sexual, or mental abuse
  9. A spouse or partner leaves you for someone else.
  10. You lose your business or income for reasons beyond your control.

How To Stop Being A Crap Magnet

When this happens it is your choice at this point what to do with your situation.  Will you start feeling sorry for yourself, and hide away from everything and start pointing the finger of blame at everything or everyone around you.

Or will you decide to take some steps to make things happen, and start the first step on a long journey to move your life forward again?

Not always, but quite often you get more of what you focus on. So if you are focusing on the disasters that happen in your life, then the likelihood is more will come your way really soon.

If you focus on taking more positive steps like building a new business, finding new relationships that serve you better. Then the chances are your life will start turning around for the better.

I remember once being in a very low situation in my life, and instead of getting sympathy my mentor was quite harsh, in fact he told me I was being a victim and my life was going to get much worse, if I don’t start taking steps to turn it around.

And although it wasn’t the poor you, or everything is going to be okay, that I wanted to hear.   It made me take steps to take a new direction in my life to move forward. Instead of dwelling on all the bad things that had happened to me.

He told me to write down 100 Things I love About Myself

Write down 100 Things I am good at.

Pick 100 ideas to start a new business, narrow them down to the three best ones and then start a new business.

This stuff gets all the negativity and shitty self talk you have in your mind and turns it into something positive.  And then when you start your new business and see yourself progress forward it gives you more confidence.  This confidence makes you feel better, it helps you to be more productive and gives you new positive goals to aim for.

It will make you feel better and you can start turning your life around, one day at a time.   You are 100% unique and have lots of value to give in this world. You just need to get started asap..

So what are you waiting for it beats the hell out of being a crap magnet, and waiting for the next disaster to come around the corner..  You can do it!!!
