VW Transporter Battery Draining Problem Sorted
A couple of years ago I got a new Apple Carplay Stereo installed in my VW Transporter 2.5 TDI Automatic after that was installed I discovered that my battery would drain flat within 5 days. The electric shop that installed it said it was nothing to do with the stereo even if it only happened from the day the stereo was installed I asked the auto car electrical place to fit a battery cut off switch but they refused so for a long time I had to unscrew the battery terminal every time I finished using the van so that it would start okay the next time.
My brain told me there must be some gadget out there to fix this problem and low and behold I found a cut off turn switch on Amazon this means everytime I turn off the car I have to pop the bonnet unscrew the switch and then do the reverse when I am going to use it again.
I was having some problems with the van starting first time recently and thought it may be the cut off switch so I ordered a different one which you can see at the link below this post it turned out it was not the switch but a loose battery terminal but the new cut off switch is amazing and comes with two remote controls making life very simple and easy as seen in the video below
I wished I had bought this product in the first place would have saved me lots of time an energy and for ÂŁ20 it is a steal.
