Luxembourg (PRWEB) November 16, 2011 Xavier Buck has been an Internet Entrepreneur since 1996. In 2000 he founded the DCL Group, a leading Internet and e-commerce company, consisting of the well known Datacenter Luxembourg, EuroDNS, voipGATE, eBrand Services and LuxCloud. Under his direction EuroDNS, created in 2002, has become one of the leading global Internet Registrars. Employing 50 staff in Luxembourg and a further 30 throughout the world, the company offers more than 300 extensions and manages around a million domain names.
Following his involvement with various other companies Xavier’s duties have multiplied over the past years; as a result of his busy schedule he has decided to step up allowing him to focus essentially on a strategy for the DCL Group and giving Lutz and his team the opportunity to take the company to the next level of success with the running of its operations.
Xavier Buck, the new President and Chairman of the Board, comments “We are in the process of rapidly expanding our presence in the world of domain names and want to put in place a team of highly experienced professionals to effectively guide our business plans. This internal reorganization will help us leverage the collective expertise of Lutz, Macsen, Daniel and Anouar”.
Previously CFO of EuroDNS, Lutz, in his new role as CEO, will be in charge of the day to day operations of the company, working closely with Xavier on the various strategies, implementing new policies for development and accelerating growth. Lutz comes from the German High Tech industry and held positions as CEO at GEA and at Bosch Security Systems and as CFO of KUKA Systems. “I thank Xavier for stepping up to his new role and giving me the opportunity to experience the expanded responsibilities of my new position as CEO” said Lutz Berneke. He will also continue his position as CEO of eBrand Services to leverage joint platform and product strategies.
Macsen Galvin has just joined EuroDNS as the new COO of the company. He brings with him over 15 years of core industry experience. In his previous job at Webfusion, the largest domain registrar and hosting company in the UK, he held the position of Development Director, Head of Product Management and Head of Technical Strategy. Macsen will work together with Lutz on the company’s future plans and policies.
Part of the EuroDNS team since September 2011, Daniel Eisenhut as EuroDNS CSO – Chief Sales Officer – is responsible for the company’s sales operations. Previously Daniel was in charge of International Business Development at InterNetX, an international provider of domains and hosting services for resellers.
Anouar Adlani, EuroDNS CTO, will continue to excel at leading EuroDNS IT Services.
After 4 years at EuroDNS, Nuno Soares, former Sales Director at EuroDNS, was appointed the new Director of a DCL Group Company to complete the global strategy of the group and focus on the secondary market.
